RETURN POLICY AND MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from Family Health Market. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days from the order date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping charges if applicable. The items being returned must be unopened or unused to ensure full credit.

RETURNING AN ITEM BY MAIL

• For orders placed online please refer to your packing slip for return information.
• Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
• Enclose the original packing list with the item if possible, if you cannot send your packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item.
• All products must be returned, unused, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit.
• All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
• For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Unless your packing slip directs you to ship an item to a different address (and if so, follow such directions), ship the return package to:

• Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.
• You can expect a refund for a valid return to the original form of payment within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.

RETURNS OF AN ONLINE PURCHASE TO A FAMILY HEALTH MARKET RETAIL STORE

Family Health Market guarantees satisfaction, if a customer is not satisfied with any product we sell, we will offer a refund or exchange. All products are refundable/exchangeable within 30 days from the date of your order from our website or from a Family Health Market Retail store with a valid sales receipt or packing slip.

POLICY

In order to better serve our customers, a Refund and Exchange Refund policy has been established. Customers can return their purchase with a valid purchase receipt from one of our retail stores or with a packing slip from an order placed online within 30 days from the date or purchase.

Refunds: Items that are returned unopened and unused within 30 days of the purchase date with a valid purchase receipt or packing slip from an order placed online will be offered a refund in full minus any shipping charges if applicable to the original form of payment.

Exchanges: If the customer returns used or opened product within 30 days of purchase because they are dissatisfied with the product for any reason, an even exchange or store credit will be offered based on the amount paid (as shown on the sales receipt or packing slip). No exchanges or refunds will be given on non-Family Health Market brand items unless they are accompanied with a valid sales receipt or packing slip.

In the absence of a sales receipt or packing slip an exchange will be offered on any Family Health Market brand product based on the lowest sale price within the last 60 days with a valid photo ID.

Note: The exchanged product is to be the same retail price as that of the returned product. If the exchanged item is a higher price than the returned item, the customer will then be required to pay the balance due.

Store Credit (Family Health Market Gift Card): If the customer is offered an exchange for a product and decides to not accept the exchange, a Family Health Market Gift Card will be issued. A return where the original payment was a Family Health Market Gift Card will be issued another Family Health Market Gift Card as a Merchandise Credit.

Credit Card: Credits will be issued to the original form of payment when the product is returned within 30 days from the purchase date with a valid sales receipt or packing slip. Cash refunds will only be given if the original form of payment was tendered as cash in one of our retail locations. No cash refunds will be given for purchases made online.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service Representative within 7 days of delivery. Please supply the representative with your order number and item number from your original confirmation email or sales receipt. If the order was placed online the Representative will also need your email address and phone number. Family Health Market will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. We cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping.
